Occupancy at Cape House and Branche House fills up fast particularly during the June-August peak season. We suggest making reservations far in advance.
Base Rates are $2200 per week for either Branche House or Cape House. Additional fees may apply for additional occupants, amenities, and pets. Rentals run from Saturday-Saturday. A deposit of $800 is required upon reservation. Extra charges may apply for additional occupants.
